The air conditioning went out in our rental on a Saturday night and we were presented with a bill of almost $800 for repairs. Listening to the explanation, some of the services rendered did not seem necessary so we consulted two other air conditioning technicians, who agreed with our analysis. We contested the bill but it is difficult to prove services rendered are unnecessary and DCS would not back down. Their charges for services are outrageous and their integrity is questionable, therefore, I do not recommend this company unless you have money to throw away.
