When I purchased two wedding bands I did so in confidence after reading the Sea of Diamonds "no questions asked" return policy. I followed instructions and returned the items as they were not to my liking. The items were returned the same day with security tags attached. Items were received on 3/7 and three weeks later I am still waiting for my credit. I opened a dispute with the credit card and they told me "Fred" assured them the credit would be processed in 5-7 business days. Still no credit, no update. Very poor business and it tells you not to purchase any items of value from this company as they do no stand behind their policy! Shame on Sea of Diamonds!

We apologize for the experiance, however item was marked as "Exchange" when RMA was issued. Therefore credit was issued to the account, but refund was not issued to the card. There was no dispute opened by the bank, we had a call from the bank officer requesting the refund for the customer. We explained the situation and advised refund will be issued in few days. Refund in full was issued on 3/23/11, one day before customer's review! It takes 24-48 hours before banks post the refund on customers credit card.
